Employee Resource Groups

To ensure all members of the Nextdoor team are supported, we empower employees to establish Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to connect with others who share similar interests and experiences. Today Nextdoor has 10 active ERGs.

Vecinos

Vecinos is a Latinx/Hispanic employee-led ERG that provides a private forum for examination and discussion on contemporary issues within the Latinx/Hispanic community at Nextdoor.

B@ND

B@ND is an Employee Resource Group at Nextdoor that cultivates community and champions the advancement of Black employees.
